Remove or Change Link Color in Dearflip flipbook plugin

If you are using the pro version of DearFlip 3D Flipbook plugin to display a flipbook in WordPress you will notice that by default links are displayed highlighted in yellow. It’s kind of ugly.

There is no option in the plugin to change how links are displayed but you can actually alter it in CSS even if in 3D mode.

If you don’t want any color to be displayed at all, you can just turn the opacity down to zero.

.customHtmlAnnotation, .customVideoAnnotation, a.customLinkAnnotation,
a.linkAnnotation, section.linkAnnotation a {
opacity:0 !important;
}

The default opacity is set to 0.1, you can make it darker by setting this value higher, you can set it to any decimal value between 0 and 1.

If you want to change the colour of the links, you can add this code, but change the colour code (#8ed1fc) to the colour you need:

.customHtmlAnnotation, .customVideoAnnotation, a.customLinkAnnotation,
a.linkAnnotation, section.linkAnnotation a {
    background-color: #8ed1fc !important;
}

Not sure where to put the code?
In the backend of WordPress click on Appearance -> Customize and then click on Additional CSS and paste the code below.

If you don’t have that option available, you can go to Appearance -> Theme File Editor and it should load your theme stylesheet right away.
If it doesn’t, click on style.css in the side bar on the right of the screen. Paste the code below at the bottom of the file.
